Powering Business, Empowering People: A Look into Modern Business Services

The IUS Faculty of Business and Administration (FBA) is organizing a guest lecture titled “Powering Business, Empowering People: A Look into Modern Business Services.” 

The guest lecturers are Ms. Senada Aljović–Milić, Employee Engagement Manager at DDC MLS, and Mr. Adi Softić, Member Relations Manager at ABSL.

The event is organized in collaboration with the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center (IEC), the Association of Business Service Leaders (ABSL), and DDC Group. The aim is to present ABSL’s role in Bosnia and Herzegovina, with a focus on its contribution to the development of the business services and BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) sector.
